Rebecca Smith; President

Rebecca M. Smith, President of Heritage Photography, Inc. took over the photography business, previously a part of Heritage Creations, in April 2006. With a concerted effort and a planned approach to offer a unique environment while vertically integrating all products and services, enabling the Company to control a high level of service and delivery to our customers, Heritage Photography added an on-site photographic lab and custom matting and framing operation.

Prior to taking over Heritage Photography, Becky held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for Heritage Creations, Inc., in Glens Falls, New York, formed by Phillip H. Morse in 1999, who is also one of the owners of the Boston Red Sox.

Mr. Morse previously founded NAMIC USA, a medical device company, in 1969, where Becky began her career and 27-year liaison in 1978, with Mr. Morse. During her time with NAMIC USA, Becky was fortunate, to not only work with Mr. Morse, in a rapidly growing and highly successful company, but through his mentorship, support, guidance, and his belief in people, Becky had unique opportunities to work both domestically as well as internationally. As a senior member of NAMIC USA’s management team, Becky’s participation in the Company’s transition from a local private company to a large international public company, with nearly one-thousand Associates, which she remained with when sold to Pfizer Inc. in 1993 and sold to Boston Scientific in 1998, strengthened her knowledge in business, marketing and sales. Becky and several other senior management members at NAMIC USA left under Boston Scientific’s ownership to work with Mr. Morse in his new company.

As President of Heritage Photography, Becky’s goal, supported by her love for working with people, and her knowledge and experience in business, is to provide similar opportunities afforded to her by Mr. Morse, to associates of Heritage Photography. Becky hopes to work with the Heritage Photography team to grow and develop a company that is fun to work with and one that provides exceptional products and services to Heritage Photography’s customers.

Becky holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Skidmore College.
